Kalau pada waktu pertama kali nokia memperkenalkan ponsel windows phone 8 bernama nokia lumia 920 ditujukan untuk kelas atas, kini nokia kembali merilis ponsel WP8 keduanya bernama nokia lumia 820 yang ditujukan untuk kelas menengah. Lumia 820 berukuran 4.3" inci dengan resolusi 480x800 pixel dan kepadatan layar mencapai 217ppi, sedangkan untuk dapur pacunya memakai prosesor dual core krait 1.5Ghz yang tentunya akan disandingkan dengan sistem operasi windows phone 8.
Untuk menyempurnakan performa ponsel ini nokia juga menyematkan RAM 1Gb dan memory internal 8Gb yang bisa diperluas dengan microSD sampai 32Gb, untuk hiburannya nokia membekali ponsel ini dengan kamera belakang 8MP yang dilengkapi dengan auto focus dan LED flash serta terdapat pula kamera depan VGA yang bisa digunakan untuk melakukan video call. Kabar baiknya ponsel ini juga sudah mendukung jaringan 2G, 3G dan 4G LTE, tapi sayang sampai saat ini nokia masih merahasiakan berapa harga nokia lumia 820 dipasaran nanti.
